Great customer service! I was initially sent a mug in a design not listed on the web site and that I hadn’t ordered. When I contacted the company I was greeted with apology and promise to make my order right. I received the correct mug (plumeria) in a timely manner and was told to keep the first mug (pineapple). I love them, and the friends who received them love them too. My only suggestion is that the website be updated to add the patterns available (pineapple) and remove those that are sold out(turtles) so customers can buy more!

I literally got this item the same day I ordered it. . . well, because I live on the same island, but still, I never expected that! They personally delivered it like at 6pm!!
