I am not sure how many stars to give because on the one hand the quality of the product seems fine. Capiz shells are always dainty, so have to be handled with care. This item is nice and large, and is great for the right locations, like indoors or somewhere outside but not in heavy winds of course, since it could get tangled or damaged. In my case, the colors weren't blue and green as in the description, they were blue (aquamarine) and yellow and white. I contacted the seller to ask if they had perhaps sent the wrong item, they said they'd check but never responded with a yes or no so I had to get Etsy involved, requested an exchange but the seller said it needed to be returned for a refund and that they "had never had this problem before". Which is fine, but doesn't make my issue invalid. The description said green and blue...

I bought this for myself as a birthday gift. It arrived sooner than I expected, and though it was packaged simply, it was well enough to make it all the way to the Canadian prairies, with zero damage. It's so unbelievably beautiful!! I've finally got the perfect piece to hang proudly in my room next to my window and bed. The colours remind me of the ocean waves 🌊 and the sound of the capiz shells 🐚 in the breeze is simply magical...it's so soothing! My heart is truly happy. Mahalo, a thousand times!! 🙏❤️
